Ms Rice’s Workpage

We have been trying to push fluids down the 4 1/2 – 5 week old squirrel.  We have researched him ( we are pretty sure about that) at http://squirrelworld.com.   There was more to taking care of a squirrel than we thought.  Currently he is receiving Gatorade as he appeared to  be dehydrated.  You can tell this when you lightly squeeze his skin and it stays pinched.  Hopefully soon we will have him ready to go to puppy powdered milk.  We have photographed him eating and a close-up of his feet.  How do the shape of a squirrels feet help them to survive?

Well this morning on announcements we met Squirt.  I asked you if you could please write to me and tell me what some of the problems were raising a wild animal.  Please tell the pros and cons.

Please tell me the person or people whom you view as having made a difference to their community or the world.  They can be from the past or present.  They can be living or dead as long as they have made a significant impact on one or more persons.

   Can you tell me what simple machines you use everyday?  Tell me the name and the simple machine it uses.     Send me any analogies or list ways machines make our lives simpler.    What would our lives be like without simple machines?    What favorite activities would you not be able to do without machines?
